Super delicious food and prepared with a lot of love. Always fresh. After the lockdown we will enjoy the on-site meal again.

Great food in a great atmosphere

Also recommended for vegans. There are no dishes on the menu, but the kitchen is very flexible. The cook came to the table and suggested a few things. Had a pumpkin soup and pasta, really good! We recommend. Everything very friendly and comfortable.

Great food, on demand even something vegan was conjured, very nice service and relaxed atmosphere. All in all, a successful evening!

The dining room opened its doors today at lunchtime for us and our family to celebrate our civil marriage. The communication in advance was great! The owner has always responded to questions and suggestions via email in the shortest possible time. The service staff was super friendly and met every wish with a special kindness. The food tasted of "attention to detail". The ambience was pleasantly intimate. Even when the children damaged their inventory, we were confronted with "do not worry - they should just enjoy their wedding today." After a few hours we left the restaurant completely overfed but very happy. Thank you for your great work !!!!

It was an excellent evening !!!! A high quality food, which was visually very appealing .... a treat! Everything was served exactly. Such a likeable and passionate chef, who still loves his restaurant, is rarely encountered nowadays. Value for money is in accordance with the quality and the generous portioning perfectly fine. Taken on my list of the best restaurants in the Stade district !!!!

Yesterday for the third time and always thrilled. Especially the seasonally changing food we like to try again and again and are often surprised enough what was conjured!

We were here today (Saturday 18.05.2019) invited for dinner. Definitely book a table. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food is fresh and you can taste it, it was very tasty - definitely recommendable :-)

We had a wonderful evening in Christian's dining room. It was all right, we were received super nice, the service was very great. Food great, Parmesans soup delicious, caramelized goat cheese as well. We had one of our best rump steaks, to the point, perfect. To finish the great dessert, we had three different items at the table and they were all delicious. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

A nice little restaurant, which we visited for the second time. Appetizer and dessert very good, unfortunately the stewed meat (beef and deer) was very hard, that was not a treat. We will come back anyway, were highly satisfied after the first visit ..

The noodles with shrimp and pumpkin were unfortunately unpleasant sour and way too salty. The goat cheese as an appetizer was very delicious. The portions were not very generous. Without an appetizer we would not have been full. Conclusion: The predecessor tasted better.
